Thea Glassman is an entertainment journalist writing about pop culture, with bylines in outlets including The New York Times, Vanity Fair, Glamour, Architectural Digest and The Hollywood Reporter. Her book, Freaks, Gleeks and Dawson's Creek (Running Press/Hachette), which goes behind the scenes of seven ground-breaking teen television shows, landed in bookstores in June 2023. 

 

Glassman was previously Entertainment Editor at SheKnows, where she covered all things film, television and culture for the web and print edition. 

 

She is a University of Kansas graduate, and currently based in New York City.
